We process the categories listed in the Privacy notice — your name and email, country, optional institution, followed journals, seen history, and journal requests — solely to operate your personalised publication monitor.

We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent (açık rıza) under KVKK Art 5(1), obtained when you sign up. You may withdraw it at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

To run the service, your data may be transferred to and processed by our service providers abroad (Supabase, OpenAI / ChatGPT Sites, and Google, in the United States) under appropriate safeguards. By giving your explicit consent you agree to this transfer under KVKK Art 9.

We collect your data electronically, directly from you and through Google sign-in, via the website — for the purposes and on the legal ground stated above.

You have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed;
• request information if it has been processed;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
• know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request its deletion or destruction;
• request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties;
• object to outcomes produced solely by automated analysis; and
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
